Mission
We give companies fast, honest access to complete multidisciplinary R&D — turning requirements into a working, validated prototype — as a transparent extension of their own engineering, with the IP and the value left in the customer's hands.
Short form: “Your idea to a working prototype — your IP, your terms, transparently.”
Vision
Prove that a deliberately small team of the best engineers, run with radical transparency, can out-deliver large outsourcing firms — staying under ~50 people by choice, not by limitation.
Values
- 1.Radical transparency — Open finances, open pricing maths, open structure. If we’d report it to the state, our customers and team can see it.
- 2.Honesty over comfort — We say it if we can’t help, if we’re wrong, or if a budget won’t survive contact with reality.
- 3.Small, and the best — Few people, a high bar. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link.
- 4.The customer’s success first — We work as an extension of your team; the IP and the result are yours.
- 5.Fairness — To customers (competitor notification, no lock-in) and inside the company (open salaries, max 1:1.5 spread, minimal hierarchy).
- 6.Substance over show — Prototypes, tests, verified results — not slideware. We do engineering, not production or market fluff.
How the company is owned & run
- Owner & director initially Janko Kobal; further ownership TBD.
- The owner must be employed in the company; if not, the share is sold back to the company.
- The company cannot be sold unless the owner(s) agree.
- One director (initially the founder). Hiring and accepting projects are decided by the director together with the team. Hierarchy is kept minimal.
