We also aim for a balanced team โ€” target ratio not more than ~70/30 men/women, including within departments.

Way of working

  • Fully remote, mostly asynchronous โ€” but at least 1 in-person day every 2 weeks, and in person with clients when needed.
  • 6-hour effective workday. Flexible schedule.
  • Per-project time tracking โ€” internal, and so clients can see how their budget is used.
  • Your own setup โ€” you choose your PC and software; the company can buy it (counted against gross salary).
  • Minimal hierarchy โ€” you talk directly to the founder and to the client. One team lead per max 7 people.
  • We aim to stay small and expert: the best people, as few as needed โ€” up to ~50 people.
